IBank won't accept the Bank & Branch Number (BSB Number)
Occasionally we will not have a particular Bank Branch set up in our system, either because it is new or no transaction has been done via that Branch before. If IBank rejects what you believe is a valid Bank and Branch number, call us on 0800 22 55 92 and tell us the details of the Bank and Branch you are trying to make a payment to and we will load it into our system.
IBank won't accept the recipient's Account Name
An idiosyncrasy of our banking system is that it does not like the "&" (ampersand) character being used in the Account Name field. Please type the word "and" in full (e.g. "AB AND CD CITIZEN").
I can't see the graphics on the Personal Payees page
The Firefox browser doesn't always handle certain web page events in the same way as Internet Explorer. If you launch internet banking using Firefox try right-clicking on the Internet Banking button and select "Open Link in IE Tab". This should make the graphics appear as the new Tab in Firefox will now handle web pages in the same manner as Internet Explorer.
