You have the option to take the complaint further if you’re still not satisfied.

What to do if you’re still not happy

If you’ve made a complaint through one of the options listed above but you’re still unhappy, you are free to take your complaint to the Insurance & Financial Services Ombudsman (IFSO). This is an approved scheme under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. This service is free.
